Davi Jun Choi

Responsible for the Tax practice, focusing on tax planning and international taxation, with emphasis on M&A transactions and corporate restructuring. He also handles judicial and administrative litigation, with emphasis on the Administrative Tax Appeals Council (CARF) and the Municipal Tax Council (CMT). Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the Litigation and Advisory practices of the Tax group at Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados.
